Process
How It Works?
Our procedure for Made to Measure garments involves showcasing fabric images for quality and color selection, followed by a detailed customization form capturing design preferences and functional needs. After submitting the customisation form, a deposits option is provided. We also offer a video guide for taking body measurements, which can be done with help from others. Once all details are collected, a comprehensive overview of the garment is sent for accuracy verification, and full deposits is taken. The garment is delivered within 4–5 weeks (Handmade 8–9 weeks). After completion, customers receive images for adjustments before final approval and dispatch through DHL, with a Tracking ID provided.
